Project Description

Peak Engineering & Design provided all site related design and approvals including zoning, annexation, street closing, site plans, construction documents, construction administration, as-built documents, NCDOT permitting, utility permitting and final BMP certifications for the site. Our ability to work with the owner’s needs and the City’s requirements enabled Peak to complete the design of the 22.5 acre site including 150,000 sq. ft. of mini-storage and 25,000 sq. ft. of flex/office space.
